Friends! I was asked to review two fabulous products from Pencil Grip, Inc.
My
Kindergartners LOVED these products so I am so happy to tell you about them but
also please enter the GIVEAWAY - And I know you will LOVE them too!
First,
let me tell you about the pencil grips!
In Kindergarten students come in with all
different experiences. Some students have no experience holding a pencil and
some are natural born writers. I have used pencil grips before and have not
been so successful with them. The students are not comfortable or
don’t want to stand out. This experience was much different! My Kinders
were asking to try these out ~ they were in DEMAND! I kept hearing “When is it
my turn?” ”Can I have one of those?” I
think they really enjoyed
the comfortable feel of these pencil grips. For next year, I will be using a
whole class set of these! Here are the samples we tried:
The Pencil Grip original, the Jumbo Grip
and the Crossover original. Also, included was a useful chart of correct and

Second, Pencil Grip, Inc. sent my
Our classroom is small and we do not have easels or room to keep paint containers.
So to have paint on a stick was a HUGE treat! We used them instead of bingo
dabbers(which make much more of a mess) when we were working in centers! The
paint dried so fast! They were begging to use them again. They thought this was
so much fun! I want to use them for soooo
many more projects! (It was St. Patties day – can you tell?)
