Okay, I admit it - I am already thinking about what I need to do when I get back to school!
These are a few things on my list, I change their name tags( they have gotten pretty shabby), I give them some new crayons (Isn't it amazing how they disappear), New seating(they get excited about the possiblities of who might be at their table) and put up a new bulletin board full of their goals for the year to come. Here is one from the past. It turns out so cute, I do this every year! We have a little celebration and think about what our new year has in store for us and what we still need to accomplish! Most of them think about their writing or counting and come up with some pretty goals for themselves. Then the hard part is how are they going to accomplish their goals and how we can all help each other.
